**OFFERING TELEHEALTH IN GEORGIA, NORTH CAROLINA AND VIRGINIA**
Hello, I’m Casey Beise. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist (CMFT), offering my services across Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. Although I'm based in North Carolina, the magic of Telehealth allows me to connect with clients in GA, NC, and VA,
Throughout my career I've had the privilege of supporting a wide array of individuals, families, and parents, each with their unique experiences and challenges. This includes navigating through anxiety, mood fluctuations, emotional regulation difficulties, anger, pervasive drive for autonomy (also known as demand avoidance), trauma, grief/loss, and the many stressors life throws our way. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding the dynamics of family systems, emphasizing strengths-based strategies and the brain body connection. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Play Therapy, among other evidence-supported methods, to support nervous system regulation and leverage the insights of neurobiology for healing and growth.
A significant focus of my work is on providing parenting support. I understand the joys and challenges that come with parenting, and I'm here to offer guidance, creative/fun strategies, and encouragement to help you navigate this incredibly important role. Whether it's enhancing parent-child relationships, addressing behavioral challenges, or simply finding more joy and less stress in your day-to-day life, I'm committed to supporting you. I help parents and caregivers explore the full scope of what is impacting their families and children. Together with the holistic approach, we develop support plans tailored to you and your family’s needs.
Drawing from my lifelong passion for athletics, I deeply believe in the power of teamwork and resilience. This philosophy extends to my therapeutic approach, where I see families as teams working together towards common goals. It's my passion to empower you and your family to harness your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and foster a nurturing, joyful environment that supports everyone's well-being.
Let's embrace the journey ahead with optimism, humor, and hope in the spirit of growth and possibility. I'm here to support you and your family on this path of becoming. Let's take this step together.
